See the Last Full Scan pane on the middle, left side of the Home page.
The Last Full Scan pane provides information on the last full system scan that was run on your computer.
The top of the pane shows how long it has been since the last scan and the date and time of the last scan. It changes color for at-a-glance status information and security recommendations. If the pane is:
Yellow: A full system scan is recommended. A full system scan has not been recently completed.
Red: A full system scan is strongly recommended. A full system scan has not been completed for a long time.
Green: A full system scan is optional. A full system scan has been recently completed.
The bottom of the pane provides a snapshot of the results of the last scan, displaying the number of files scanned and the number of infections found.
If infections were found, you can click the Show details link to see the infection name, the action taken, and the date the action was taken. You can then click on an infection name to open a Web page in iolo's Threat Center that provides additional information about the infection.
Click on the "Click here" link to start an on-demand full system scan. The Perform Full System Scan window will open and start the scan.
